- In 1973, he joined a major engineering company (JGC Corporation). After experiencing design and on-site construction management of energy plants in overseas, he established the @harmaceutical engineeering department in 1986, where he led the company’s industrial facility division for the next 21 years. During this time, he was involved in various industrial facility projects as a project manager and the division manager of industrial engineering divison including the department of pharmaceutical engineering devison. He is particularly knowledgeable in pharmaceutical production facilities and research institute projects, electrical and electronic component factories, and data center projects.
- He has experience as a project manager for many projects for foreign clients, including facilities for foreign companies and overseas research facility projects (Unilver, U.K.).
- In 2000, he established the Facility Management Division, where he worked on engineering projects with an emphasis on lifecycle costs, including facility operation.
- He retired from the company in June 2007 upon his retirement from the board of associated directors and started CM Plus Inc. in August.
- He became the president of CM Plus Japan from 2007 to 2014 and the chairman of CM Plus Japan from 2014-2018. Then He moved to Singapore and became group CEO and managing director of CM Plus Singapore Pte. Ltd from 2018. CM Plus Singapore pte. Lt is he holding company of CM plus group.
