CM Plus Corporation Japan was established in Japan in 2007 as an professional engineering company to support customers’ production facility projects. We have become one of the top companies in Japan in project management (PM) and construction management (CM) for production facility projects.

We do not position ourselves as a mere design company. CM Plus is neither a construction company nor a vendor that manufactures production machinery.

We are positioned as an engineering company that provides support for projects from the planning stage to the end, including support for business investment plans, selection of plant sites, facility design, preparation of specifications for production equipment, support for inquiries from construction companies, construction supervision, support for commissioning, employee training, manufacturing quality guidance, operational efficiency, and governmental applications. We position ourselves as an engineering company. We will also start providing “energy management services” to help our customers’ factories become carbon neutral at the production stage, with the aim of realizing sustainable factories.

For clients in the life science field, where GMP and other regulations are involved, we provide not only engineering services but also GMP consulting, regulatory affairs consulting, educational support, and a matching service that connects companies with other companies.
